IV CNA Villa de Frigiliana
It will be held from August 28 to 30. Registration is now open for boys and girls born between 2004 and 2010.
The bet of the frigilianense session for swimming is firm after announcing the celebration of what will be the IV Edition of the CNA Swimming Campus Villa de Frigiliana , which will be held in the town between 28 and 30 of this month.
The Swimming Campus, which in the last edition copied the registration limit, aspires again to exhaust the maximum number of registrants, limited to 110, and for this it has prepared a very attractive and varied program of activities, which also has the Visit again of the international swimmer Jessica Vall and her coach Jordi Jou who will be present during the four days of campus. Combining the aquatic practice and technical talks, which will undoubtedly be a great incentive for the young participants, who will be able to hear first hand the experiences and advice of two of the maximum referents of the Spanish swimming. In addition, the Olympic swimmer Victor Martín , who participated in the second edition of the campus andPaloma de Bordons , current champion of Spain of the 50 back, along with his coach Jose Antonio García , who will also give a technical talk.
Antonio Manuel López , councilor for sports, together with José Antonio Díaz , of the Axarquía Swimming Club, have presented the poster and activities of this fourth edition, which remains a unique opportunity to get in touch with swimming as a sport while at the same time take advantage of the days in which the participants enjoy a large number of leisure activities, mixing the most technical learning with fun during the 4 days of the campus. In this sense, the mayor of sports has explained the firm intention of the town hall to continue promoting the practice of swimming in Frigiliana, making an effort so that the enrollees have great references of Spanish swimming throughout the campus.
Registration and objectives
Registration is now open for children born between 2004 and 2010, being able to enroll those who have concerns in entering the world of swimming at a competitive level, also affecting other aspects, such as coexistence between athletes and the use of free time, instilling values and education in tolerance and solidarity, autonomous development of the child, awareness of the possibilities offered by swimming as a physical activity, etc.
The main theme of the swimming campus will be the training and improvement in this sport, with the presence, during the four days of the Campus, of the international Jessica Vall, Jordi Jou, Paloma de Bordons and Victor Martín. In addition to the didactic part, a good number of parallel activities will be carried out, among which we highlight the orientation cross, kayak ride, paddle surf, visit to the Nerja cave, zip line, zumba and Aquagym, night hiking, among others .

Prices and deadlines
The price of the Campus is € 120, € 90 for residents of Frigiliana and second or more brother or sisters of the first registration. Those interested should register by paying this amount in the account number: ES 69-0081-7430-41-0001276038, indicating as a concept “campus” and indicating the name of the registered person, subsequently sending the receipt along with the registration form to the email info @ elcna.es. The registration period ends at the time the August registrations are exhausted.

List of what the participants have to take to the campus
– Sportswear and sneakers, as well as comfortable clothes and slippers for other activities.
– Bath towel.
– Swimsuit, towel, hat, glasses and bath slippers.
– We recommend sunglasses.
– Network with swimming material.
– Some clothing, it is possible that one day it will cool.
– Sleeping bag, comforter or similar (The campus provides a mattress, fitted sheet, pillow and pillowcase)
– Sunscreen cream
– Insect repellent (if necessary)
– A small backpack and a canteen
– Medicines (if you must take the participant)
– Health card
– Lantern, (Night hiking trail).
– Recommendations on money: We suggest that participants bring an adjusted amount of money (about 50 euros at most), in case they want to buy something. Keep in mind that this amount will be your responsibility.
