Frigiliana participates in the World Travel Market in London
Frigiliana has been present at the World Travel Market as one of the largest international tourism fairs.
Held in London from November 4 to 6, this edition the 40th edition.
Carmen Cerezo , councilor for tourism, said that the main objective in these days has been to “promote Frigiliana and learn about new trends and strategies in tourism to adapt the offer of our municipality.” Regarding specific actions, he highlighted the actions aimed at loyalty to the British tourist to counteract the possible effects of Brexit, as well as the consolidation of Frigiliana’s presence among tour operators in the Asian market . For the latter, the mayor has worked with operators who have been very interested in Frigiliana as a cultural, gastronomic and linguistic destination.
During these days of work, one of the main conferences has been attended to learn about the interests of the international tourism sector and Frigiliana has been promoted in national and international written and radio media.
