The Cuentaforum initiative that began its journey last March returns on Saturday, October 27. The activity pretends that a group of adults meet to tell stories, which can be of the most diverse nature, having room for stories, stories, legends of oral tradition or even poems and songs. Likewise, any other type of scenic art is allowed, with the sole premise that each exhibition does not exceed ten minutes.

From today, Thursday 5th October 2018, starts the 2nd “Art Route of Frigiliana” a journey of 30 points throughout the village where the common thread is to exhibit art. This is the towns cultural event for this weekend, where visitors will have the opportunity to get to know the village of Frigiliana thanks to the insight of the many diverse artistic exhibitions, from: painting, sculpture or photography, to mosaics, collage or drawings. The whole route is a walk around the village to allow visitors, during the three days, in the context of the village a tourist attraction in itself.
From this afternoon, the artists of the 2nd “Art Route” many of them neighbours of the village by birth or who have come to live here, will gather at the point #1 and from there collectively will take the walk through some of the locations, concluding in “The Cultural Centre” to enjoy the sculptures that are on exhibition there.
The Cultural Councillor, Carmen Cerezo, is delighted with the response she has received for this the 2nd year of the “Art Route.” This has allowed her to expand the number of exhibitors and works on show which ratifies the commitment of the cultural department to continue support initiatives of this type.
